She has managed quality and compliance in psychiatric residential settings for children, adolescents, and young adults, as a representative of a payer in one of Oregon’s Coordinated Care Organizations, and a Federally Qualified Health Center working directly with providers, payers, and accrediting organizations. Ms. Boldt currently provides consultation services to providers, clinics, and payers on quality measurement and management, performance improvement, root cause analysis, compliance (including policy and procedure development), and accreditation preparation. Ms. Boldt earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Southern Oregon University. She earned her CPHQ certification in 2017, and CHC designation in May 2024. She currently serves as the President of the Oregon Association for Healthcare Quality.</image:caption>

ATSA and OATSA were founded to foster research, facilitate information exchange, further professional education and provide for the advancement of professional standards and practices in the field of sex offense evaluation and treatment. We’re focused specifically on the prevention of sexual abuse through the effective management of people who commit sex offenses.. This includes: Elimination of sexual victimization. The protection of our communities through responsible and ethical treatment of people who commit sex offenses. The prevention of sexual assault through effective management of people who commit sex offenses. The maintenance of high standards of professionalism and integrity within its membership. OATSA encourages sound research, effective practice, informed policy, and comprehensive prevention strategies, all designed to create safer communities. —</image:caption>
